Good Day Farm made history today when they sold medical cannabis legally in Mississippi for the first time ever to an Oxford patient, almost a year after Mississippi’s medical marijuana law became effective. Their Little Rock location and leading Southern cannabis operation boasts retail presence and cultivation operations across Arkansas, Louisiana and Missouri — now including Mississippi!
As soon as they received their license to grow, the company quickly started planting seeds at its new 130,000-square-foot facility in Lafayette County’s Max D. Hipp Industrial Park. Their construction schedule ensured they could start providing deliveries to local dispensaries as soon as the adult-use market opened up in February.
Now that their operation has reached full swing, the team is focus on producing more products to satisfy consumer demand. On average, they produce 300 pounds a week but have the capability of increasing that by as much as twofold if needed.
